Meditation Center in Russia in the lineage of Ajarn Tong Sirimangalo, Thailand.

In 2019, the Venerable Ajarn Tong Sirimangalo gave his blessing and guidance for the construction of a meditation center in Russia.
The center was opened in 2022 and operates in accordance with the Teachings and traditions of the International Center in Chomtong, Thailand. Accommodation, meals and meditation training are available to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.

All courses are donation-based, in accordance with the Buddhist tradition of Dana.

In June 2022, the abbot of the temple in Chomtong, the Venerable Tan Chaokun Suvarnamedhi, gave the new Russian center the name: Samnak Vipassana Kammatthana Arun Vanaram.
Translated from Pali, it means "Sunrise Forest Vipassana Meditation Center".
